Chapped Lips? Easy Fix...

All you need is a soft bristled toothbrush and some lip balm. I use a child's toothbrush.

Simply lubricate your lips generously with lip balm and brush your lips gently with the toothbrush. I do this in the morning and prior to bed. This will exfoliate the lips and remove flakes from chapped lips.
